CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The guys at the Smokin' Rock n' Roll food truck have already put in 19 hours of work to make their signature sandwich, the Judas Beef, before their food truck even opens for business.
That's because the beef brisket is smoked for 19 hours over hickory and cherry wood to give it a distinct and delicious flavor.
The Smokin' Rock n' Roll food truck is one of four semifinalists in cleveland.com's search for the Best Food Truck in Northeast Ohio.
